Kim Gregorie  is the head of the Talent Development Business, Career, & Program Office and the firmwide Lifelong Learning program. In this capacity, Kim leads efforts to foster collaborate across Learning and the Talent Development teams, establishing  a firmwide approach to program delivery across, data, technology, strategic initiatives and partner integration to maximize accelerators and mitigate risk. This includes furthering Talent Development Operating Model alignment with the Core & More strategy and accelerating the optimization of our investment in Cloud learning automation.

Kim also provides oversight for the coordination and aggregation of the Lifelong Learning agenda, focused on accelerating the firm’s commitment to providing employees globally with opportunities for ongoing development and career advancement. She leads engagement with higher education partnerships and consults with Talent Executives and external partners to identify and apply best-in-class learning solutions across all aspects of training design and development.  

In her 22 years with the firm, Kim has established herself as  a demonstrated leader known for successfully guiding teams in fast-paced change environments. She is not afraid to challenge the status quo and is known for collaboration and innovative thinking that drive results. In addition, she is highly regarded for her “field” focus and ability to execute effectively while developing high performance teams.

Prior to her current role, Kim held a variety of leadership positions in Consumer Banking including District Manager, Regional Wholesaler Manager and various strategic special assignments. She was also one of the architects who built the Business Banking Customer Client Services team and she led the development and implementation of the Credit Coordinators structure. In these roles, she demonstrated her ability to be an effective change agent, influencer and culture carrier.

Kim holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Tulane University’s  Freeman School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of the Pacific. She also completed training at the T. Boone Pickens Leadership Institute in 2012. She is the HR Learning Lead for the DFW market and is a member of WOTM and PRIDE Business Resource Groups.

A California native, Kim currently resides in Dallas, TX.  In her free time, she enjoys riding her Peloton, entertaining, playing golf with her teenage son and finding opportunities to actively give back to the local community.
